30-day returns You can return any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return Contact us through the Contact page with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Exchanges for a different item are free.

Refunds Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement. The original does not need to be returned.

Exceptions Worn or damaged items and returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
